Yes, I heard it!
This extreme tree collapse happened in Woodland Hills CA right outside of where I am staying. The wind in Los Angeles is so strong today that it uprooted this tree from the ground. The tree fell over a wall and landed on a garbage truck.
Aside from the truck, there were no other cars affected and minimal damage to the property.
