![]() Adventure Paul’s quest to get healthier started last week when Neile and Kenneth coerced me into running a 5k marathon–which I did amazingly because I’m like the Michael Phelps of land. Since then I’ve exercised every day–Jogging, 8 minute ab workouts, push-ups, long walks–I’ve got to get in shape for these upcoming adventures.. whatever they may be. |
